How do I book?

Once we confirm availability, we’ll send you a link to make a 1,000 MXN deposit by credit card.

The deposit is refundable in case I dont arrive?

No. Once you place the deposit, we reserve your seat on the boat and won’t sell it to anyone else. If you don’t show up or arrive late, we can’t offer any refunds, since that spot remains unavailable for other divers.

What time is the departure and what time we are back?

We usually meet at 8:30 AM and return around 1:00 PM. However, if all divers are already on the island, we may move the departure earlier. We’ll confirm the exact time the day before based on everyone’s availability.
For cruise ship guests, departure times can sometimes be adjusted to 8:00, 8:30, or 9:00 a.m., depending on your ship’s arrival time and clearance schedule.

Do you offer pickup at the cruise terminal?

No. The cruise terminal is a federal area, and only authorized taxi drivers are allowed to pick up passengers there. However, our meeting point is right next to the Puerta Maya Cruise Terminal, making it very easy to reach us on your own.

Can I dive if I’m staying in Playa del Carmen, Tulum, or Cancun?

Yes, it’s possible. We regularly welcome divers coming from the mainland. You must have a confirmed reservation with us and take the 7:30 AM ferry with Xailing by Xcaret, which is the only company offering that early departure:

Which dive sites will we visit?

Cozumel has a variety of world-class dive sites. We choose the best locations each day depending on conditions, but commonly visit sites like:

• Palancar (Colombia, Bricks, Gardens,Horshoes)
• Santa Rosa Wall
• Cedral
• C-53 Shipwreck
• Yucab
• Tunich

What kind of marine life can we see while diving in Cozumel?

Cozumel is part of the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, the second largest reef system in the world. During your dives, you may encounter:

• Sea turtles
• Spotted eagle rays
• Nurse sharks
• Reef sharks
• Moray eels
• Lobsters
• Groupers and snappers
• Schools of colorful reef fish
• Splendid toadfish (a Cozumel endemic species)
  And if you’re lucky, dolphins or larger pelagic species passing by!
