No. Once you place the deposit, we reserve your seat on the boat and won’t sell it to anyone else. If you don’t show up or arrive late, we can’t offer any refunds, since that spot remains unavailable for other divers.

We usually meet at 8:30 AM and return around 1:00 PM. However, if all divers are already on the island, we may move the departure earlier. We’ll confirm the exact time the day before based on everyone’s availability.
For cruise ship guests, departure times can sometimes be adjusted to 8:00, 8:30, or 9:00 a.m., depending on your ship’s arrival time and clearance schedule.
No. The cruise terminal is a federal area, and only authorized taxi drivers are allowed to pick up passengers there. However, our meeting point is right next to the Puerta Maya Cruise Terminal, making it very easy to reach us on your own.
Yes, it’s possible. We regularly welcome divers coming from the mainland. You must have a confirmed reservation with us and take the 7:30 AM ferry with Xailing by Xcaret, which is the only company offering that early departure:
